​A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event and is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in the rare circumstance that Soda Ponies must cancel due to severe weather, unsafe roadway conditions, or pony illness.
